On average i last 10- 20 minutes when i have sex, and im not ashamed that i am 1 of a billion men who can have bad days and can only last a few minutes but what tips can you give me to last longer while i have sex?

There are a few options that may help you... 1- You could buy a cock ring... they sell them at Duane Reade or Rite Aide in the condom isle. This will keep you hard for a longer amount of time because the ring keeps the blood in your penis. 2- There are also pills that you could buy...(Viagra, for example). 3- You could also exercise your PC muscle. To locate this muscle try to stop urinating in the middle of your peeing. Then, keep exercising this muscle. You can even look it up on google and they'll explain it better. If you flex this muscle, you will have more control on when you ejaculate. 4- You could also switch positions when you feel you are about to ejaculate. 5- Think of something that is unattractive lol.
