I dont last that long i dont know why but i hate it .i last like at the max 5 min.what can i do to make it last alot longer.and how do you keep going after you ejaculate

Hope you read this with all the other answers you got but try this. Go to a good book store with a fairly large selection and look for books written about the Karma Sutra. the reason I say go into a store - there are quite a few books on this subject and some are well researched & written while others are not. & you cant leaf thru a book online. The Karma Sutra is from the Eastearn India Pakistan area, its their cultural beliefs and religion and sexual rituals all wrapped together. Now if you can get find a real good book on it, once you get past the illustrations / descriptions of the many different sexual positions, they describe in depth many different things men can do to achive climax without ejaculation. and with practice you can do this and last several hrs if not all nite. Believe me it is true , I had a bf that showed me the book and what it did for him.

Masturbate before hand helps, but also try different positions, like if you are on top you will be quicker, but if she is on top you will last longer, so just ry different ones and see what works for you, also if you feel like you are about to, just stop for a minute and let the feeling subside and start again

Whats up with 5 minutes? I go for longer (About 30min) but my girlfriend finishes up before me... 5 minutes would mean i would "Finish " as well. I hate going for a long time.
